01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "basant" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to basant, the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at basant.bet and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the basant platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the basant platform, which holds the player's personal details, wallet balance, transaction history, and game records.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on the basant platform for all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and promotional awards.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or wagering incentives credited to a player's account by basant as part of a promotion, welcome offer, or loyalty reward.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a player must bet their bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that basant uses to confirm a player's identity, age, and Pakistani residency status prior to permitting withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the basant platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law or basant's own policies.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on basant, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to be so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity — corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You are not accessing basant from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not already hold another active basant account. Each person is entitled to hold only one registered account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the basant platform or had your account suspended or permanently closed by basant for any policy violation.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.

basant reserves the right to request proof of age documentation — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where proof of age is not satisfactorily provided. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility shall be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of basant services — including sports betting, casino games, deposits, and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process via the basant Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete. basant is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information submitted by the player. Should any of your details change after registration, you are obligated to update your account information promptly via the account settings panel.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered basant account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, CNIC number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. basant reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your basant account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. basant will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified basant of unauthorised access.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the basant platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). basant supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your basant wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment method. basant does not charge deposit fees, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by basant within approximately 30 minutes for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day. basant reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 KYC Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests require successful completion of basant's KYC verification process. You must provide a clear copy of your valid CNIC and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal can be processed. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in account restriction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

basant maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. basant reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems to require additional scrutiny. Any player found to be using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime will have their account immediately terminated and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

basant offers a range of promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and PSL season special promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and to the general conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by basant are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will expire and be removed.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

basant monitors all account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors in the platform. Where basant reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

basant promotions are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing. basant reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Promotions are personal to the registered account holder and are non-transferable.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on basant are final once confirmed by the system. Players accept full responsibility for any bets placed under their account credentials. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the basant platform:

• Bets may only be placed using cleared funds available in your basant PKR wallet. Credit betting — placing bets using funds not yet cleared — is not permitted.
• basant reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error.
• For cricket and PSL betting, in-play markets close at the discretion of basant's trading team based on match conditions, and all open bets at that point remain subject to final settlement.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. basant does not manipulate game outcomes. Historical results do not influence future outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games and are displayed at the point of wagering.
• basant reserves the right to limit the maximum win amount per bet or per session at its reasonable discretion, particularly for unusual betting patterns or suspected system exploitation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the basant platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, collecting odds data, or circumventing security measures.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the basant platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the basant platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing basant staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.
• Accessing basant from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the basant platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of basant or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any basant content without prior written authorisation from basant. Any unauthorised use of basant's intellectual property will constitute an infringement of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, basant, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond basant's reasonable control.
• Loss of winnings resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any interruption or suspension of services for maintenance, security patching, or regulatory compliance reasons.

basant's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. basant does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Privacy & Data

basant's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the basant Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering on basant, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, basant collects personal data solely for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and the delivery of platform services. basant does not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Termination

basant reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• The player's account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• The account is being accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to basant.

Upon account closure, basant will return any verifiable net real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings subject to ongoing investigation) to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which basant holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and basant arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the following process applies:

basant reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the basant platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
